The Home Depot

I was sent to this store after purchasing an entire kitchen at another home depot they did not have one item in stock. The other HD sent me here (to orange home depot). I go to the person I was instructed to speak with. The person has no idea what I was talking about. The item I needed was available there were 4 in stock but not on the floors. The manager comes out, laughing, shakes my hand, and asks me is there anyway you can come pickup tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. An entire day wasted. Will never return.

My husband and I recently visited Home Depot to make a purchase, and we had the pleasure of meeting an exceptional employee named Blanca Gomez. Blanca's attentiveness and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us, and we are truly grateful for her outstanding service, dedication, and the time she spent assisting us. She made our entire purchasing experience seamless and went above and beyond to address all of our inquiries. We ordered 3 area rugs & a couple of garden bins for delivery on 8/26/21 and we were very pleased w/ the customer care at the Orange, CT location. Both Renae and June are professional, helpful, serviceable and friendly. Great job, highly recommend!

Ordered a special order Husky cabinet which took a few days to get the store which was fine. But when I went to pick up my actual order they could not locate it for over an hour even though it had arrived. During the whole wait not a signal employee had any communication with me so I was left just standing for over and hour. After waiting for an hour I decided to go to CS and ask them just to cancel, I will go somewhere else to get the item… Unfortunately this isn’t the first time either..

Love this place 5stars because they have what your looking for in home remodeling contractors take great pride knowing they can get materials here at a reasonable cost.
